In order to receive the benefits of the Teamsters you need to join! By filling out and mailing in the APPLICATION FORM you will begin the process of becoming a member of the world’s most powerful labor union. When you open the application form on your computer you will be able to type directly on the form. Once you have filled out all the fields simply print the document, SIGN IT, and mail it to the following address:

You can also print out a blank document and fill it out by hand, but the type written document limits potential mistakes and will speed up your application process. Since your signature is required on this application we cannot receive applications directly over the internet.

Once your application is received we will notify the state that you have consented to have the $30 a month dues deducted from your pay. We will also submit your form to the Teamsters Legal Defense Fund Plan Administrator. You will be enrolled in the program on the first day of the coming month after your application has been approved.

There is strength in numbers! We are building our Teamsters Union and need your help!

The larger we build our Teamsters Local 2011, the more power we will have at our facilities and with the state. 

Help grow the union and help yourself at the same time by getting your co-workers to join!

For every new member you help sign up you will receive a $15 reward after the member pays his or her first month’s dues. Get your co-workers to fill out a copy of the enclosed membership application and mail or fax it to Local 2011. Make sure to PRINT your name and address at the bottom of each form so you will receive your reward.
